Designed to simulate the thickness of human skinfolds, this durable foam block set allows you to test and calibrate of any skinfold calipers to maintain consistent and precise results in body composition assessments.

Over time, the caliper's springs will weaken and product less pressure from the jaws, resulting in higher readings. While a calibration block will check that the dimensional reading is correct, the foam blocks and a quick, informal way to check the jaw pressure changes over time against a baseline reading. For your baseline reading, ideally you'd check the pressure with a new (under 1 year old) skinfold caliper. Otherwise you can check it against our baseline readings of new skinfold calipers that we offer.

See baseline readings here:

Features

Accurate Calibration The 3 different thicknesses of the foam blocks allow you to test the skinfold caliper at multiple points throughout the measurement range.

Durable and Long-Lasting Made from high-quality, resilient foam to withstand repeated use.

Versatile Application Compatible with all skinfold calipers, including Slim Guide, Harpenden, and Lange models.

Lightweight and Portable Compact design makes it easy to carry and store with your calipers.

Professional Use Ideal for trainers, nutritionists, and researchers to maintain reliable results in health and fitness assessments.
