Note: The only skinfold caliper this should be used with is the Lange, which has pivoting tips that ensure that the tips hit squarely on block. Because the jaws of a caliper open/close at an angle, all other calipers will give an inacurate reading on a square block because they do not have pivoting tips. For other skinfold calipers, a round dowel can be used instead.
The 5-step calibration block is made of aluminum and will test calibration at 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, 40mm, and 50mm. Note that it will only test the calibration; it will not calibrate your equipment, and a skinfold caliper is not included.
